When it comes to firearms there can be no compromise. We have stupidly allowed over 22,000 unconstitutional firearms laws. We have to continue to get rid of all of them. They affect our ability to keep our corrupt government in check.

LGO is against universal background checks, an "assault" weapons ban (Miyan says studies show the Clinton-era "assault" weapons ban didn't work), magazine capacity restrictions, feature bans, red flag laws, and complex licensing systems. The think tank also believes gun ownership restrictions due to marijuana use and mental health need to be reanalyzed.

This leftist gun owner organization is full of morons. Read the policies they support. For carry, they say they support "the Pennsylvania model"

Makes it sound like they support the right to carry, huh?

Well, turns out Pennsylvania's carry law is totally unconstitutional. First: you have to be 21, and we already have a pile of federal cases telling us that 18 year-olds cannot be discriminated against.

Second, it says "Under 18 Pa. C.S. §6109, a sheriff may deny a License to Carry Firearms if they believe a person's character and reputation is such that they would likely act in a manner dangerous to public safety."

So you have no right to carry if some moron from Philadelphia believes you shouldn't be carrying. Yeah, that's in the Constitution.
