Honestly, I don't think any training would be required, A spine and nut sack would be just fine!Anyone with the least amount of training or common sense should have known people were dying and gone in.
It is disgusting so many, who had the training, the tools and the trust of the public to recognize the situation and to react appropriately failed to prevent so many from dying.

Because people are still talking about it, investigative reports are coming out, lawsuits are pending, etc.Why is this still news?
Because there are far too many that WANT us to forget about it.Why is this still news?
Can have always been able to change the future.we cant change it let it go.
Absolutely not!we cant change it let it go.
Absolutely not!
I have found that people with your attitude of "it's past, let it go, forget it", are generally the ones that;
A. Don't want to be blamed for it.
B. Want to take advantage of it.
C. Too damned lazy or greedy to want to fix it.
There is more, but those are the main reasons.
Water under the bridge.... or a pattern of behavior.

Yeah. Kind of like " election 2020 is over. You lost. Forget it and move on"......so they can do it again in 2024.....Kinda reminds you of the losing candidate in the 2016 election saying "what difference does it make?" in regards to the Bengazi disaster
That mindset is our biggest obstacle to changing it.we cant change it let it go.
If we just forget it and move along as if nothing bad happened, then we never learn anything from our past mistakes, and setting ourselves up for it to happen again.we cant change it let it go.
I trust Mike Glover (former Green Beret and defensive trainer) on his opinion in this video. He gives an excellent timeline with video. I didn't go back through it all to see if it had been posted before, so forgive me if it's redundant.Some former police officer who use to write articles for a police newsletter or magazine. She is stating that the cops were not at fault or cowards, and that the school administration, and faculty were the major breakdown of why what happened, happened. She almost defends Arredondo's actions that day, in stating his mistake was, treating it as a hostage situation, rather than an active shooter situation. She spends a lot of time criticizing people who weren't there for having an opinion, while at the same time, she's putting forth HER opinion, and she wasn't there either! (Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!)
IMO, just someone spouting off and more fluff!

What he says in the beginning says it all to me.
