As it sits right now they can bring it. We finally have a court that seems to be ruling based on the constitution. The more legislation that the dims put forth that is unconstitutional the more that it will get shot down. I think that people are fed up with the BS. I know that I am. I saw some politician that was being interviewed today announce to the interviewer what his preferred pronouns are. WTF? This country has taken a turn for the worse and it is time to turn it around.I agree. I think they are just going to take a different path to try and restrict our gun rights.
This ruling is merely a hurdle, not an ironclad obstacle to them.
My fear is they will get creative in ways to get around the ruling, to further restrict our gun rights, while keeping with the letter of the law.As it sits right now they can bring it. Enraged Keith Olbermann calls for Supreme Court's dissolution after New York concealed carry ruling
The far-left, ex-MSNBC host tweeted it has "become necessary to dissolve the Supreme Court of the United States. The first step is for a state the ‘court’ has now forced guns upon, to ignore this ruling. Great. You're a court? Why and how do you think you can enforce yourr rulings? #IgnoreThe Court."

Interesting amicus brief
“Yet the brief from the criminal defense lawyers, which includes the Bronx Defenders and the Brooklyn Defender Services, argues against the state’s gun laws from a progressive position. “In 2020, while Black people made up 18% of New York’s population, they accounted for 78% of the state’s felony gun possession cases,” the brief says.”
