Or maybe the Revelation by Franklin Armory? Its not a pistol, a rifle, an SBR...just a "firearm"
I wonder if Bianchi makes a shoulder rig for my Mossy Shockwave?
As silly as I think the Mossberg is - that would be pretty badass. Maybe a dual rig, even. Completely impractical, but it would look cool, and looking cool is half the battle, right?
True...but please note he used an emoticon, which indicates (at least to me) he KNOWS that and was just kidding -- and actually mocking such shallow "cool" people. No, "looking cool" is quite juvenile !

There are restrictions in both directions. 30.06 and 30.07 restrict LTC holders, like they have for years. 30.05 and gunbuster signs restrict constitutional carriers. But, I still think it's worthwhile to have an LTC for a few reasons...not the least of which is easier gun buying.
Here's a thought. Does having a LTC void CC and does CC void the LTC as far as signage goes? Or does having a LTC give you the best of both situations? I think the later. If sign restricts CC, just go in with LTC, if signage restricts LTC (.05/.06) then just carry under CC.

(b) Section 46.02 does not apply to a person who:
(6) is carrying:
(A) a license issued under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, to carry a handgun; and
(B) a handgun:
So if you leave your license in your car, you are not carrying under authority of LTC. Whether new law will still be written in this manner IDK.
WELL it is our "legislating". Didn't your demoroid governor veto constitution carry??Gee, the Texas Legislature is well-known for making major errors in their "legislating". . . . . . . .

But, as a lifelong Pilot, I still recall how the Texas Legislature screwed-up their completely superflous & unneeded "Guns in Airports Law".

Huh?
Th initial law they passed conflicted directly with Federal Law and International Treaty. It had to under go prompt revision.
leVieux
Meh, we have lots of laws like that.
Prompt revision is pretty tough in Texas with a legislature that meets 120 days every other year.
