Back in the mid 90's I shot one of the first Kimbers, serial no. 0002, before they went to market. Before that, I also shot and was there when the prototype of whats now STI's dbl stack polymer was torture tested before it was unveiled at the '93 Shot Show.

Fudds? LOL. **** you ass hole. The gun industry drew you 'know it all' expert like flies to shit back then and you're obviously one of the current hatch.
Awarded one week in the hole.

This is what I want to know. My dad had a reaction to a doctor prescribing high doses steroids in Feb (to treat an UR infection). It (the reaction) was bad. He was involuntarily admitted. Took two weeks for the steroids and mania to clear.

He’s fine now, as he was fine before. No follow up treatment for psych needed.

So what’s the deal with his status as far as mental defective?

    Good question, huh?

The director at the mental hospital says that the qualifier “falls off” after Dad left as he was not required to follow up with treatment.

The instructions on the 4473 contradict themselves if you read that question AND ALSO its specific instructions on that question. They don’t make any sense. They contradict each other, the question’s text and the specific detailed instructions.
What you described above is NOT "adjudicated mentally defective". That requires an inter partes hearing before a Court.

But two guys jerking each other off is okay?
Two guys jerking each other off is NEVER ok......well maybe for $20

If they were at a gas station, why bother? Glory Holes had to be available.

BOS? No BOS? Some of you'll are quite fanatical about it. Pssst, you don't have to buy it if you do not like the terms of the sale.

That's like me asking someone who doesn't know you where you got divorced, what the reasons were for it, and what district court in what county it might have been in . . .

Except this guy is big news right now. You'd think some outlet would dig up the info.

Yeah, how dare he take offense to someone telling him he jerked a cop off.

The fact that the other Fudd was employed as a Cop is irrelevant. Unless he meant that since he was a Cop he must be a legal expert and a gun expert, and therefore firearm bills of sale are a good idea. Which obviously is false on two accounts.

UBC wouldn’t stop a private sale either. I’ve heard rumors that there may be a healthy black market for firearms.

A mental health nurse, I believe, filed the paperwork and there was a court hearing that commanded him to get treatment and another court hearing the day before he was discharged. A legal liaison for the hospital advised my dad not to be present for the hearings (he wasn’t himself anyways at the first one, by the second one he was coming around).
I assume that the second hearing released him from care as he was able to be discharged the following day.
