grilling some sirloins and shrimp this evening, along with some boneless chicken breasts for fajitas later in the week.

I made some 3 ingrediant Shiner Bock bread for the first time.to much sugar but with a few adjustments & fresh herds it not bad

My gas grill ribs. Two of five burners turned all the way down. Leave on top rack for 3 hours.

dust the ends and both sides with the bbq rub, and leave the sauce in the cabinet.

Did my ribs again last Night. Had ranch beans instead of the veggies this time. Always tasty.

We had a Cornish game hen roasted in our Romertopf clay cooker last night, with an entire head of peeled garlic and a couple of carrots, veggie plate on the side as always. Tonight we're having a small filet mignon with a couple of French fries and a great bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina. Leftover cheesy garlic bread on the side with veggies, of course.

14 ounce rib eye - medium rare (and it was bloody), on the side were a baked potato, bacon wrapped asparagus, piece of toast, and a pint of Angry Orchard. My sense of taste is coming back, after my bout with bronchitis, and I must say what I could taste of it it was delicious.

Homemade fish and chips tonight. Beer-battered pollock, cole slaw and hushpuppies, and homemade tartar sauce.

I'm making tempura battered shrimp, chicken, mushrooms and fish tonight with rice, and egg rolls.
