    My neighbor turned us on to some fish he caught. IIRC this was some crappie from the lake. I did a white wine reduction with butter & lemon. I still have redfish and snappers he gave me. That will go on the grill.

    I made some breakfast burritos last night for us for dinner. Eggs, cheese, bacon, sausage and potatoes wrapped in flour tortillas. Hash browns and bacon on the side.

    Tonight, it's some really nice rib-eye steaks, baked potatoes, small salad, and rolls.
    You're eating good, soft food for me, got a tooth pulled. Pancakes and pudding, maybe some ice cream.
