What us your first rimfire gun?

My first was a Remington Nylon 66. It was stolen from me, fast forward a few years and I found one at a small gun shop in Louisiana for 100 bucks. I like those little guns.

The Christmas I was 6 (1968),Stevens bolt, tube mag. My son has it now.

When I got my Life Patch in Boys Scouts my dad bought me A Savage Mk 2 Left handed .22LR
Still my favorite of the bunch.

Ruger 10/22 carbine. Wasn't a big fan. Put it in a Tapco stock. Still wasn't a big fan. Thought I just didn't like the 22lr cartridge, but then I built an AR and got a .22 conversion bolt for it, and that was a blast, and also picked up an M&P22 handgun and loved that. I just sold the 10/22 and used the funds to buy a Savage Mk 2 BTV, and I really love that

I too had a Nylon 66. Great little gun. I now wish I hadn't sold it all those years ago. Perhaps, like you, I'll pick up another one.
