Yahoo News asked Benton, the assistant city attorney, if the 19 pages were sent by mistake.
“You requested incident reports dealing with the shootings and homicides,” she said. “And that’s what you got.”
Benton said that no true homicide reports existed when the request was made on May 19. Waco, however, waited the maximum days allowed by law to answer the request and printed the unrelated reports Wednesday morning.

“At the time you made your request, that’s what we had,” Benton told Yahoo News.

IOW, you submitted your request too early. It takes time to get reports in. The incident occurred on May 17th, the request on the 19th. Two days is not near enough time to process all the way to Records that amount of info. That's just ridiculous.

So then the question is, are Texas FOIA requests open ended?

Thousands of bikers are expected to gather this weekend for an "All For One" rally in front of the McLennan County Courthouse.

Most places in downtown Waco say will be open on Sunday.

Most did not want to speak to us on camera; saying if you side with the community, the bikers will hate you and if you side with the bikers, the community will hate you. But, they all say everyone will be welcome.

How do they know? Rifle fire is a lot different, how come just now noted?
