Actually, no - he's RIGHT. Just because an arrest is made in which a DA declines to press charges does NOT automatically make it a wrongful arrest.

But, you know that, right? Yer just bein' a dick because you saw a chance for a cheap shot at TXI, right? You couldn't POSSIBLY be so stupid as to think that just because a DA drops charges it automatically gives cause for a lawsuit against the arresting officers.
