My first one was a Browning Hi-Power 9mm (nickel) with wood grips. Saved during summer jobs when I was a teenager to be able to purchase when I turned 18 many, many years ago... Shoots wonderfully despite the front blade sight and is a perfect fit when holding. It was one of the few high capacity round firearms back at the time. Still have it today...

At age 15 my dad handed over a 1947 (my birth year) Colt Woodsman .22 pistol to me. Still have it (and the box)!
