WTB- AR Upper complete, cheaper the better for my fiancee

Building an AR for the fiance. She's showing interest so im excited but tight on budget.

I don't have the tools or work space to build so im looking for either a complete AR upper or without Bolt Assembly/Charging Handle.

Anyone have one sitting around collecting dust? or just need some cash?

Those hammer forged psa uppers look like a super deal. Buy once cry once, even on a budget build.

Just an FYI most of PSAs prices dont include a BCG. JSE has the complete uppers from $350-$360 pretty regularly.
