    Do you remove the silver skin before cutting you steaks? Was the fat left on lr was it a peeled tenderloin?
    Practically no fat and only one narrow band of silverskin. I left it alone.

    I do remember tenderloins that had a clump of fat.
    My mom would cut it off and render it down to use in making Yorkshire pudding in a muffin tin.

    I thought about pancakes or waffles, but didn’t have any fresh milk. And I didn’t want to open up a can of condensed. I need to look for powdered milk next time shopping.
    They also have shelf stable milk that is not condensed. you have to refrigerate after opening
