Missed again. I've been trying to clone that recipe for 20 years. I'm darn close, but we're still missing something.. The upside is, I get to have fajitas whenever I want because even the misses are pretty good.

Nope. What they sent us looked and sort of tastes like Italian salad dressing..
It was golden brown, and it would separate like dressing. So there has to be oil in it too..

I need to thing about pulling some things from the freezer to get me by for a few days before I hit the store again next.

Nice color on the outside of that boneless pork loin. Next Canadian Bacon that I cure I might have the neighbor smoke it on his pellet smoker.
