Nice color on the outside of that boneless pork loin. Next Canadian Bacon that I cure I might have the neighbor smoke it on his pellet smoker.Pork loin (the HEBs had it for $1.77/# a few weeks ago) on the pellet grill, plus the Boy One put on cornbread on the Pit Boss during the rest. Not bad.
