    I like that.

Was just about to look into one for my Suburban, until I realized there’s a subwoofer under there...

That stinks. I’m glad I didn’t get the fancy sound system for the reason of mounting the Greyman

Added a CAI to my 2018 Tacoma. Also a bed mat.

I'd suspect the air filter box has a tube on the side that go's inside the fender. The tube extends down about a foot to the core support. Probably right below the headlight assembly. The incoming 'cold' air is routed directly to the air filter box.

It's not cold-cold but it doesn't pass anything that heats it up.

I understand the process, but not seeing the actual intake .
Only visible change is the flexible tubing between the filter box and intake.

It extends into the fender with a cone designed tightly fitted rubber "horn" that is supposed to create some sort of vortex. It is also a straight route to the throttle body and the filter is a high flow reusable filter. Not a huge change from the OEM but Toyota claims it has a better flow. Probably not enough to see any big gains in HP or MPG, but it at least looks cool.

My CAI is nothing more then a curved tube and an air filter in a metal box. Supposedly it gets outside air from the gap between the box and fender liner. They sold an add-on scoop. The scoop fits by the gap and supposedly again. Catches fresh air coming through the grill.

So the kit included the parts which extends into the fender area?
Where was the original intake area?

Many - and I’d wager most - modern cars already draw cool air from the fenderwell.

It’s hard to get power from an engine, when you have to pull timing due to the detonation hot intake air can cause.

Heck, my 99 Suburban came from the factory with a CAI.

What is actually holding it to the seat bottom?
What mounting option are you using for the AR?

I am using self tapping screws that came with the kit. There is a metal sheet that runs inside the bottom of the seat. The greyman also comes with the rifle mounts and lots of Velcro strips for other accessories. The tourniquet comes with its own mounting system for this type of application.

The rifle mounts & assorted Velcro are included at no cost, or ordered separately?
