I remember the first range day with Moonpie.
I was within a couple of miles of the range.
An extended cab pickup passed me. Back seat stacked to the ceiling with gun cases. Front passenger seat stacked to the ceiling with gun cases. The driver could only see out the windshield and driver's side window.
I got to the range, paid the fee. Found the others of our group at the pistol range. The guy with the pickup spent 1/2 hour unloading and covering three benches at the rifle range.

I'm thinking hard about bringing my Swiss Vetterli and MAYBE some black powder 44 mag rounds for my Rossi, but that's a 10 hour round trip for me and I don't know if I'm going to want to do that much cleaning when I get back. I gotta scoot my ass back to college the next day.

Depends on what is brought and how generous and social you are. Sometimes I go through a lot and sometimes very little. But I am usually very generous with what I bring.

I usually don't shoot much until most people leave. Some people shoot a lot but I prefer to socialize.

I usually bring thousands of rounds though because you just never know. Plus I like to have plenty in case somebody else needs it.
