Radical 16" SS w/ 1-8 LPVO (yes, really ... most accurate is a Radical)

All day, every day 1 - 1.5 inches

    Stars align .5 inch

Both assume sandbagged forend, with human rear support. One day I'm going to rest the rifle and try for one hole at 100.

What ammo @Dred? Always nice to find a budget gun that punches above its class. My Anderson predator has impressed me many times but it's a beast at 24" with a heavy SS barrel. Also runs a true 223 chamber so I have to seat rounds accordingly for it or shoot box ammo.

Question, what did truing entail? Was it off centerline, sitting high, or something else. I have seen a few ill-fitting uppers mostly a gap between the top and bottom.
Had to detail strip the entire upper, using this tool attached to a drill using some jewelers compound and slowly apply pressure to the upper while in a vise basically milling it.
You could see the barrel off center about a 1/16 of an inch to the left.

My best AR shooting was some test rounds that I loaded. Shot it with a bull barrel. 3/8” group at 100.

I now load that load for all my 223 rounds.

Developed an AR10 load for my 6.5cm that shoots .446 at 100yds. Tried but could not get better than that group.
