The "lefties" in Germany just leaked a government report on civil defense.

The report recommends every German to lay away enough water, food, medicine, etc. to survive for five days.

They did not say anything about guns or ammo or essential life saving trauma supplies.

Perhaps it is time to start a new thread on preps so new members can get educated.

Civil unrest, natural disasters, economic collapse, and aliens (not necessarily the interstellar kind). All of which could disrupt the power grid and/or water and food supply supply.

Don't really prep in a meaningful way. Always figured it is wise to keep a few firearms always at the ready, and some ammo on hand. Other than that my usual lifestyle has procured some essential survival tools and skills.

At this point I'm most worried about civil unrest and just general criminal activity.
