I reload both the standard large primer cases and the small primer cases on my Dillion 550B. I use Win. 231 and a 200 gr. LSWC bullet for my .45 ACP loads. I have noticed the small primer brass seems to have a more linear recoil with less muzzle flip. I contacted Hodgon prior to reloading the small primer cases. They told me that not all typical 45 load powders should be used with the small primers cases. Win. 231 burns fast enough to be acceptable. It is just such a pain to segregate the brass once you get back from the range.
