I remember them a couple yrs ago about $600-700 but with no scope

I must be shopping at the wrong places.

As macshooter mentioned earlier it was Centerfire Systems and Classic Arms that had them at those prices. I remember that pretty clearly because I bought mine at 2009 prices and then had buyers remorse when I saw the Centerfire Systems ads a year or so later. I think I remember Atlantic Firearms having some for around $700, too. Those must have been the last batch that ever got imported though because once they were no longer being advertised the prices everywhere shot up. The 2009 price I got mine for is still better than what yahoos want for them now

I must be shopping at the wrong places. I consider myself pretty good at sniffing out deals and never saw anything close to that.

I was tracking them for several years before I finally got one, and don't remember them lower than $600 and that without a scope.

Never did I ever see them as low as $450!
