If you're on Win7:This has me interested. If I should decide to upgrade to a SSD in my main laptop, how do you do the transfer of files, OS, etc in the easiest way? I should add I have changed computers many times over the years and generally just do a complete reload of data and programs. Have never tried a bit by bit copy.
I'm buying two "Crucial" 500gb/SSD drives for my Toshiba tecra. Boots from a 750gb/7200/HDD in under thirty seconds. Wonder what it will be when I add the new SSD.My boot time went from nearly two minutes (HDD) to about 15 seconds (SSD). The Samsung EVOs are pretty affordable and powerful.
