I took these out today to verify some modifications I made. The flyers are from the ultra Carry. It’s got a little bit of kick to it and I really need to get some more aggressive grips.

The STX just got a Wilson combat spring kit put in and the trigger is down to 3 pounds. It’s a night and day difference and I didn’t have to convert that one from 80 to 70.

Sig makes good 1911s in my opinion

Calling all 1911 Owners! I am in a dilemma regarding my SIG 1911 OG Traditional. It is a beautiful gun and a rare one from what I understand. SIG only produced 300 with a gray slide and 300 in the OD green (1911TCA-45-TT-OD). Should I hang on to it or let someone else enjoy it?

it will not go down in value, that's for sure.

Browning died in 1926 years before the Hi Power was completed. Dieudonné Saive finished the design in the ‘30s and the external extractor was incorporated in 1962 in what FN said was an effort to improve reliability.
