While walking thru my local HEB plus I was bewildered by the most craziest selection of BBQ. The section had to be 20 feet long covering floor to 6' high of shelves and rows of every bottle, jar, can and plastic bag of every BBQ & marinade known to man... So being a cheapy that I am, I grabbed a $2 bottle of Sweet Rays BBQ sauce. I mainly use it on chicken or sometimes on a beef sausage with a flour tortilla wrapped around it. On occasion I go over to my local Rudy's BBQ & grab a jar of their BBQ sauce, not the sissy sauce, the good one...

Sweet Baby Rays is good, I usually mix in some crushed black pepper.

Other than that, I have mixed brisket drippings with some plain sauce like Kraft and touch of vinegar to make a tart sauce before.

Stubbs. I NEVER put sauce on brisket, wifey mate however, is the condiment queen, and says this is the one.

I gotta admit, Sweet Baby Rays is pretty good for off the shelf store bought BBQ sauce. Great on chicken!

BBQ shouldn't need sauce. If it does just feed it to your dog and get some better BBQ.

The best sauce for everything else is white gravy.

The best BBQ sauce, the wife's homemade sauce. But not too many BBQ sauces I've tried that I didn't like. But Sweet Baby Ray's Vidalia Onion is my favorite sweet BBQ sauce. Stubbs comes in second for a tangy flavor and whatever comes in third. I like all of them.
