So...I'm inferring here that is no longer illegal to travel northbound in a green car. Can that be right?True story. I got a ticket once for going north in a green car. Beat the ticket in court and the accompanying speeding part of it because the cop was too stupid to know the law going north is perfectly legal.
He got this same ticket for times three of them I beat the last one I didn't because the DPS Trooper woke up. He was using North in a green car as a description to jog his memory and wrote it under other violations.
Kansas actually has restrictions on vehicles due to color? This happened in Kansas and the car was titled and licensed in Kansas with no restrictions on direction of travel that's the argument I made to the judge along with and if he's too stupid to know that then how can he know I was speeding.
What does that even mean?He got this same ticket for times three of them I beat the last one I didn't because the DPS Trooper woke up.

Little early to be drinking, isn't it?
Pardon me, I'm fluent in drunk.I cannot translate either, sorry!
Sounds like a BS story, because in Texas the ticket is not the charging document.Pardon me, I'm fluent in drunk.
I believe he is saying that he got a ticket for driving north in a green car and beat it three times while the DPS officer slept through court. He did not beat it or the accompanying speeding allegation the fourth time, because the officer was paying attention.
His defense was that he purchased the vehicle in Kansas with no restrictions on the direction of travel. If the officer could not understand that, then he would not be capable of effectively judging his speed. The judge probably either giggled or rolled his eyes and dismissed the case.
In the fourth case, the officer was paying enough attention to realize that he wrote a note to help him remember the offense in the space for the primary offense, explained that to the judge, and the speeding charge that should have been the primary offense was accepted and held.
