Software Update - Report Error

I'm contunuiously getting the following notification on the bottom of the screen:

Texas Gun Talk - The Premier Texas Gun Forum would like your permission to enable push notifications.

Hit the "X" and receive the following:

We strongly recommend enabling push notifications on this device so that you can be kept up-to-date with site activity.

• Enable notifications
• Ask me another time
• Never ask again

I am clicking on 'Never ask again' and well, here I am, about to click on it again.

Help?

Maybe it just likes you. I clicked "Ask me another time" to have time to study & I have studied. When (& if) the question comes up again, I'll click "Never"

Maybe it's actually a pushy notification feature.....

I am unable to see any notification that an individual has been banned.

Here is what I currently see on android.
I understand that he has been banned.

Oh so he was banned. Interesting.

Chrome on Android in both mobile and desktop mode do not show he is banned.

Others previously banned such as grasshopperglock show as banned for me.

He does for me. In fact, all banned folks, whether permanent or temporary, show up with a line for me. I'm using Firefox on Linux.
