Me. I read the radiology report on the CTs but I don't depend on it. You learn a lot by looking at the scans before surgery then retrospectively comparing what you saw in surgery to what you thought before surgery.Who does your radiology interpretations?

It's a pathologic fracture, not a trauma. He had a smoldering infected tooth he ignored. It eventually spread to the bone. The bone died. Dead bone is weak & it broke, probably while eating or something innocent like that. How did he break it???

I just had two extractions earlier this week (14 & 18) with bone grafts. Even though I had the procedure done, I'm not sure if I can watch a video of it. Getting ready for at least 2 implants so I can chew better. You guys are the first ones to see this video. It's not public yet. I'm not sure if I like the running narration or if it would be better to just play the original video audio. My staff is scared to talk so the audio would be mostly the heart monitor beeping & the suction making noise. Comments welcome, especially from people with refined taste who carry a Glock.
I'll let you know the next time I have something good. The mandibulectomy in this thread was in the OR, no guests, but you can come to the office for a case. When are you going to let me come observe a surgery?
