Prayer for rain in Texas

Here's a view from last week around Kingsville when I had to drive in the tropical storm. Good heavy rain and a little bit windy that only let me go 30-40mph. Too bad the whole state couldn't get some of the good soaking tropical rain.

I am pretty sure that our new puppy, Otto, has never seen or been in rain in his life yet. (4 months old)

Looking at the radar it's typical were I live, storms moving in then disappears before dropping rain.

If the high pressure dome get's off of us like it's been since June, we can catch a break. Looks like it's slowly moving west, good riddance.

I tried to go out and cut some wood for the wife's project. Just got set up and started when the light rain began. Worked through it and finished as did the rain.

Got a nice shower here about 9pm last night in West Houston. All I had to do was get the truck washed yesterday, and presto… rain

Even though the wind was blowing by us it was a hot wind. I thought it would cool off.
