    Many moons ago we had a young woman come into the ER. She was angry with her boyfriend and decided to "teach him a lesson" by putting her leg on a RR track and letting a train run over it.

    The train ran over her lower leg and her foot was hanging on by a bit of skin. There was very little bleeding probably due to the tissue being severely crushed.

    I saw her several more times over the years for stupid shit.
