I can get up and function in the morning - in fact, once I'm over this last lingering crud I'll be back to getting up at 5:30 for my workout most days - but that doesn't mean I'm happy about it. I'd like morning a lot better if it came later in the day.

I wouldn't want to live there unless the money was too good to pass up. I don't live there but have been around the area in a semi truck and it's not too much fun.

HB4903 directs the Comptroller to establish a TEXAS digital currency system (along with other things). It passed through the House, then I lost track.
