No bueno. Any ideas as to what else might be the problem?

Biggest problem may be the monkey behind the wrench.

I called a recommended company 1st thing yesterday and they said I'd be last call for the day since the tech lived in my area, no show no call!

Called the shop I've used for years and could only leave a voice message, they responded 2.5 hrs later. No bueno.

Called a 3rd, BBB+ rated company this morning and am scheduled for 12-2 today. <fingers toes et al crossed>
