With that issue there is almost always an underlying problem that makes it manifest itself
    Many times it's hip shift.
I lived with it for too long back 20 years ago until I figured it out
Glad you are on the mend
Thanks, hope I am. Being honest with myself, I know what the underlying problem is: changing from a very active lifestyle on the mountain to an almost sedentary one over these last 8 months... ever since the job of moving from Katy and working/building around here finished up last January. I'm exhausted.

That said, I have every confidence that by this fall, when I'm rested up and can get back outside, I'll be more active. Good news is I haven't gained weight through this, actually lost some, no appetite, never thought I'd be too worn out to eat LOL, but I make sure I get good protein every day. Eggs, mostly.

I spent years going to a chiropractor for that problem. Would get so bad it would hurt from my shoulders down. Sometimes couldn't even walk. In adition to trying to do the work of people twice my size, a large part of the problem was my shoes. Got some quality Merrills at Sportsmans Whse. Best $150 I ever spent. All I wear now. Sometimes still bothers me but not anywhere near as much as it used to.

Merrells are the best. Bought both pair in 2009; they go where I go.

Add: Thanks for the reminder. Time to put them back on.

I bought a pair of Irish Setter boots about 3 years ago that have been the best boots I've ever owned, but they don't make that particular model anymore. I've been looking for something to replace them when they finally wear out. I'm gonna have to look at Merrells.
