I think a big part of everyone's confusion is that the Harris County Commissioner Precincts aren't the same as the county's Constable Precincts. If you're in Spring proper (or nearly) then, yep, you're in Commissioner Precinct 3 but in Constable Precinct 4. I think. I don't know when Spring would have been patrolled by Constable Precinct 5.

I'm in Commissioner Precinct 4 but Constable Precinct 5. Someone in Baytown would be in Commissioner Precinct 2 but in Constable Precinct 3.

And now I've completely confused myself...

Sorry. Judge Hidalgo is going to be taking the rest of the summer off for personal healing, rest, recovery, and snowflake management. She doesn't feel as much relentless pressure as she did when all those nasty allegations and lawsuits were happening, but she's feeling blame for the response to Beryl. Reliable sources have said she may spend a few weeks at Parque Nacional Natural Río Puré in her home country.
