Hey Pops,
1-1/2 lb ground chuck
1/2 lb "loose" mild Italian Sausage.
Some peppers & onion, season to suit.
can of Manwich. Some salsa to suit.
Brown meat, onions & peppers (green, red & yeller)....in hot skillet w/BACON grease.
Place in pot with "sauce"...allow to simmer. Place in fridge overnight.
Simmer next day (same as one does with spaghetti sauce or chili or BBQ sauce)...
Today?
Get cast iron griddle good & hot. Some bacon grease.
Add mixture to BURRITO shell with cheese(s)of choice.
Fry burrito until golden brown.
Sprinkle some more cheese on top.
Serve with lettuce & tomato with sour cream.
That is what is for Supper today.!
