Good morning! Got my knee shots yesterday - very little pain (didn't even freaking feel the needle going into my left knee), and I didn't have any discomfort later in the day. I even spent two hours on my feet hobnobbing with the bigwigs at work at a going-away reception for a retiring boss.

And today? I chased a big dog out of the yard like a normal person. And I can stand up from sitting without having to lever myself up with my arms.
