It's finally fri......wait.....never mind. Monday part 4.

900 calories in and 1 litre of water in. I'm trying to eat 2500 to 3500 calories a day. Lord what a huge ammount of food. 3 tv dinners plus 3 550 calorie drinks plus 3 350 calorie drinks. I lost 4 more pounds last week. Gotta level off sometime here. I figured I was done losing weight. Guess not. I'm 205 and don't wanna go under 200. The last time I saw that side of 200 lbs was 1990 ish.
The bright side is all the extra liquids is helping with thr low blood pressure. Now I just gotta take a couple more steps down in the morphine cause is messing me up. If I bend over a couple times in quick secession I get all screwed up. That's a blood volume and morphine thing
It happened last time I was on this dose of meds.
Oh well
