    Cass County TX.
Democrat Judge Emily Tobolowsky allows State Fair Gun Ban to Stand.
She was a real-estate and family law atty, solo practice. She handled divorces and probate, simple stuff. No experience in constitutional or statutory law. The appellate court in Dallas is not much better, all "D"s , all rode the short bus to school. Ken will need to ride this to Austin for the Supremes to give it a look, next year.

Judge Allows State Fair Gun Ban to Stand.

No surprise a Democratic Dallas Judge, ignored the law and substituted her own.

99% of the problem is Cotton wrote/worded most of these laws and did a poor job.

They won't miss the attendance there are far more non carriers than those who do along with those it doesn't bother. Win for the Fair and loss for others.
Rodeos, Truck shows, and all other community activities are coming next regardless of land ownership or who runs the show.
