I figured that was it. I've known Jack (owner, etc.) for many years and he's a pretty good guy. I've been out there several times and can say it's a pretty nice facility. Easy to get to off Loop 534 N. of the high school. We need to go sometime even if only to check it out for ya'.

I thought this thread was talking about dropping dynomite into the lake or shooting tannerite with a .50 to fish for scuba diving horses.....

Don't quote me on the 500 yard range deal, that is what a supposed emplyee told me though. They do not advertise it on their site.

Just got off the phone with them. Nice guy. Opens occasionally on the weekend(500 yard range) because they have that range staffed at all times when shooters present for round accountability. Only thing is, I work every weekend, so it's a no go for me.

Definitely, I really like their facility. The 100 yard range and pistol range could be wider accommodate more shooters. Gets cramped fast.
