does anyone use 5.7 for home or self defense?

I used to have a PS90 for home defense. Great for apartment living. It will penetrate many less rounds. I only sold it because of neck issues limit my rifle use. At the time, I couldn't shoot rifles for over 3 years. So, I sold most of them

Used to... what made you switch off of it?

I just said why, above. I had to sell off most of my rifles for health reasons. I couldn't shoot them anymore. It's been several years. I am a bit better now, and can shoot a couple on rare occasions.
