I thought so too at first, but I looked it up. Their jackets have no top pockets.
It actually looks alright on an actual Air Force guy who knows how to wear his uniform and has it tailored correctly, etc.

If you look at the link and the scans someone took of his FB page, the guy sounds like he is mentally disturbed. I think he's probably lost in his own mind, which seems to be a frequent issue people have that do this stuff. I don't know shit about rank, ribbons, etc, and I think it's hilarious just how badly guys like this stand out.
