There are people of all fitness levels in the classes, my cardio sucks, I hit the cardio bag classes as much as possible.I'd probably pass out the first time...lol It's been awhile.
Agreed, Pete is very cool, I always end up talking with him for a few minutes when I'm there, and Krav is about getting the job done...not at all a competitive sporting martial art, and A CUP IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORYDo it Skip. The owner Pete is a good guy as well as the instructors. All levels are in the class, you push yourself to your abilities and don't cheat your own training.
Hope you did not find out the hardway lol And on a side note, they are definetly not 100% effective......^^^^^^^^
