I don't like the fact that they have to mention its a service member especially in the title..
(From the second link) And how about the city of NB now looking for ways to put restrictions on the parks and ways to charge money to access the river.
Look, we found a reason to make new rules and charge people more money.

if you are a local it you know how to get into the river for free. it isnt hard lots of places to jump in. i doubt they are going to fence int he whole river, and if they do, jsut wait for the next flood and that will be the end of that.

i am all for charging tourists an arm and a leg to come here and ruin my day.
