She has no business sitting on any Court. Judges decide if a Law is Constitutional or not and follow the Law if found to be so. Not decide which ones they will follow because of personal beliefs.
If you think a Law or Constitutional provision is "outdated due to changes in technologies", there is a process to change them. Ignoring them is not part of that process.
