After the embarrassment of 2012, he can't possibly be seriously considering it, can he? Can you imagine him vs. Cruz in the debates? It'd be beyond hopeless. Now, if, instead, he wants to run for President of the Republic of Texas, an independent nation seceded from the US, then that's a whole different discussion...

It is way too early to announce a run in 2016, but he'd probably do better this time around if that's what he's aiming for. I think he was completely caught off guard on the scope of it all in 2012.
