Truthfully, anytime around sunrise/sunset is good. But for us, we've always had better luck about an hour before sunset all the way through the night. Around July, our hogs tend to stick to dusky, darker times when it's cooler.
Yep when it's hot out; just about dusk them little piggies get up from their cool, dark and damp place and start looking for a snack.
