How many .22 rounds do you typically shoot at targets?

I generally don't.
Once or twice a year, I'll run through a magazine or two.
When younger kin show up, they get all they want.
Boxes or bricks. Don't matter. As long as they stay safe and load their own magazines.

I'm a one shot guy too, unless, for some reason it's not on. Then I shoot and adjust until it's on. Then I stop. I'm looking for minute of tree rat head accuracy...

I shoot .22 almost every range visit. I try to start and end the sessions with .22. That would be around 100 rounds or so. Most range visits are pistol practice and drills.

If I run drills with my AR, I have a .22 upper for that as well. That would be around a hundred or so as well.

If it’s a mellow plinking session, maybe 100 max, unless I’m shooting my Henry .22, then it can get into a couple hundred easy.

Depends on the firearm.
Semi-auto’s typically about 300rds per gun.
D/A revolvers about the same. Maybe a bit less.
S/A revolvers maybe 100-150. Except the NAA mini. 50rds or so in that laborious thing.
Lever actions about 200 or so.

Between 500 and 1,000 I typically shoot 100 round groups with pistols and plinking .22 rifles from 10-25 yards and 5 shot groups with my target .22 at 50 yards.
