Sonora dogs!!!

Tonight was the night! We had SONORA DOGS!....hmmmm....1/4 lb all beef franks wrapped in thick cut hickory smoked pepper bacon, marinated in papaya/lime/serrano sauce and grilled till the bacon was ALMOST crispy! Served on a fresh hoagie roll with guacamole, pickled japeleno's, tomatoe slices, wolf brand chilli and topped with cheese, with backed beans and guacamole on tomatoe slices on the side....MMMMMM!

Hillshire smoked Beef sausage (the package of 6) Wolf Brand chili (no beans), grated sharp chedder cheese, mustard and relish, chopped 10/15 (when I can get em)

I like 'em on a bun with mustard. I really like to brown a few and place them over a plate of Van Camps pork and beans with a bit of fresh cracked black pepper with my wife's fresh baked bread and butter. Big chocolate milk on the side. Mmmm...

Johnsonville Cheddar Brats with spicy mustard on a hoagie smothered with chili and cheese. Macaroni salad or cole slaw on the side with some Shiner Bock on the to chase it down.

Hebrew National topped with leftover meat sauce from last night's pasta topped with parmasean. Don't knock it till you tried it.
