Honestly folks, don't think for a second the public school system is in any way responsible for educating our children. Do your kids a favor and expose them to as much as you can at home, teach them everything you know, and learn with them things you don't. Especially when it comes to the law and politics. Teach them first and foremost that our laws are not concrete. That was the mistake of my generation, we were taught the law was the law, it was to be followed to the letter and never challenged. If a law doesn't pass the common sense test, challenge it and get the ball rolling to change it!
