Do any of you in / from central TX have Czech or Slovakian ancestors?

If so, I'm in love with somebody's relative.

The Czech Republic might be (about) the only :"Euro" country with a process for "regular citizens" to acquire the CCW permit.
Thousands of them have it.

Move there? Ok - but you must learn enough of the language to qualify for this permit, or the rifle (VZ-58, AKMs etc) permits, which are easier.

We think they're exotic. They think we're exotic.

I saw a Polish Youtuber publish a vid about going to a small town rodeo. Totally normal to me but she was bowled over by the exotic nature of, well, everything.

People are strange.

Speed reload drill. Good practice at the range, but she's doing it wrong. Should have a random number of rounds in each mag so she doesn't know when the slide-lock will occur.

Yeah I’ve had the LT running the range load my mags with a random red training round so I had to tap/rack/bang (if necessary). Seemed like she was setting herself up to double tap and inadvertently drop a good magazine in a real fight.

Of course I realize she’s just fattening up the ol YouTube check here, but bad habits have a bad habit, etc
