Yes, and on average younger " Euro" women eat many less calories than in the UK and US, plus the Euro girls ride bicycles and walk much more than here.
Look at the extensive, complex networks of bike trails in the Netherlands, which run parallel to streets, but with few exceptions are Separate from street surfaces (not newly-- "striped'" shoulders labelled "trails" like we have).

Very healthy women-------------




Most of the people ride bikes all the time and don't drive so much. Healthy.

I only used one of my AKMs (7.62x39) twice inside a bldg -the "Shoot Point Blank" store/range- and could not Stand the noise level with large hearing protectors, but blinking was not a factor.

My ancestors are from this area, I have seen photos of my grandmother as a young woman, OMG. Too bad her looks didn't transfer to the male side of the family. But, from what I have been able to piece together, my grandfather may not really be my grandfather, but maybe his brother is, or someone else, she is dead now. My mothers' blood type should not be what it is... who knows I may be royalty.

That kind of stuff is actually fairly common. Get two hits, then do a reload, and fire again. It's so you get the muscle memory to do a fast reload and put another shot on target without using a whole magazine worth of ammo.

Speed reload drill. Good practice at the range, but she's doing it wrong. Should have a random number of rounds in each mag so she doesn't know when the slide-lock will occur.
